Postgraduate degree in International Litigation and Specialist in Arbitration.

Professional experience

Before joining ATLAND, he worked at Garrigues. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is a lecturer in Civil/Commercial Litigation and Professional Ethics in the Master’s Degree in Law at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and the Universitat Abat Oliba-CEU.  He has also lectured on Litigation Strategy on the Master’s Degree in Law and International Law at ISDE and on the Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Law and Business Law at IDEC/UPF.

He is co-author and coordinator of various works on insolvency and procedural law, lecturer and editor of a legal blog
